How We Sell
We are an online-only business. All our products are sold exclusively through this website and showcased on our YouTube channel — we do not have a walk-in retail store. Every order must be placed through this website's cart and checkout.
Payment Policy
Full payment for an order must be received and confirmed before dispatch. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Once your payment is verified, your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not fixed — they depend on the courier/delivery partner handling your order, and on your delivery location and the weight of the products ordered.
These delivery charges are payable by the customer, in addition to the product price, for every order — regardless of which products are purchased. SREE VEDHA COLLECTIONS does not absorb or waive delivery charges. Our team will confirm the exact delivery charge with you before your order is dispatched.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, not liking the product, size/colour preference, or similar reasons.
- A return, replacement or refund is considered only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Any damage claim will be accepted only if you have a complete, continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video — recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is first opened, clearly showing the packaging and the product. Claims without this video cannot be processed.
- If you notice damage, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the unboxing video as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist you quickly.
